Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was fantastic, situated in a charming and safe area of Troyes, which made exploring the city a breeze. The room was well-appointed and perfect for my family, allowing plenty of natural light to filter in. However, the service was hit or miss, with some staff members being less than friendly. The dining experience was great, with delicious homemade bread that we really enjoyed. Overall, it was good value for money, but the inconsistent service was a bit disappointing.
The hotel is conveniently located in the center of town, making it ideal for exploring Troyes. The rooms come with nice amenities like a coffee machine and kettle, but the cleanliness could definitely be improved. Service was inconsistent—sometimes friendly, but other times felt a bit rude. Overall, it's a decent place but not without its quirks.
I had a pleasant stay overall and appreciated the charm of the hotel, despite a few minor issues. The rooms were welcoming, but there were some maintenance concerns, like a noisy fridge. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the old town with rich history. However, the service was a bit rushed at times, especially during check-in, though the staff was ultimately helpful. I enjoyed the dining experience, especially with the fresh treats delivered to my room. Overall, it was a reasonably priced stay that just needs a bit of polish.
The hotel is a charming historic property with a lot of atmosphere, but I was disappointed that the room wasn't an apartment as advertised. The staff went above and beyond with their friendly service, especially with the breakfast delivered right to my door. However, the location was muddy and inconvenient for getting to my car, which was a letdown. Overall, it's a unique spot with potential but some issues to address.
The hotel had a lot going for it, with lovely, well-equipped rooms that blended historic charm and modern amenities, and a great city center location. However, the service could be improved, as I encountered some impatience from the staff, which was disappointing. The dining experience was interesting but not quite exceptional, and there were some issues with additional costs for parking that should have been included. Overall, it offers good value for money, but some areas need refinement.
